Order Processing Time
All of our products are made to order and produced only after your payment has been successfully received.
Order processing typically takes 5–7 business days or 9–11 business days, depending on the product. The estimated processing time may vary based on the specific product and its production requirements.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. The shipping option selected at checkout does not affect the time required to produce your order.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Same-day shipping is not available.
For example, if your order has a processing time of 5–7 business days and is placed on a Monday, it may ship between the following Monday and Wednesday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing may be delayed if payment information is incomplete or inaccurate, or if the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
Shipping Delays
Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
  • Carrier disruptions, disputes, or strikes
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Peak seasons and holidays

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your shipping destination, the products in your order, and the number of items purchased.
To view your exact shipping charges, add your items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address. The applicable shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed in your order total.
The final checkout total includes applicable product costs, shipping fees, taxes, duties, and customs charges.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
The total delivery time consists of order processing time + shipping transit time.
Order Processing Time:
  • Standard processing: 5–7 business days
  • Extended processing: 9–11 business days, depending on the product
Estimated Shipping Transit Time:
  • Domestic orders (United States): 5–10 business days
  • International orders: 7–15 business days
These transit times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs procedures, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that processing and shipping times are calculated separately. The total time from placing your order to receiving it will include both periods.
Can an Order Be Delivered to Multiple Addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses within a single order.
If you would like items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.
Do You Deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. However, shipping availability may depend on the destination and the shipping carrier used.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Due to our production and shipping schedule, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible after an order has been placed.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered production or shipping.
